Tap water undergoes three pretreatments: PPF filter, carbon filter, and fine filter, and then pressurized by a high-pressure pump before entering the reverse osmosis system. The quality of the effluent meets the national hygiene standards for barreled drinking water.

The PPF filter mainly removes particulate impurities, fibers, suspended solids, and colloids in the water to reduce turbidity. Under normal conditions, the effluent SDI is less than 5.0, and the turbidity is less than 1.5NTU.

The carbon filter mainly removes organic matter such as chlorine and detergent in water, peculiar smell, color and carcinogen chloroform, etc. Under normal working conditions, make free chlorine ≤0.1PPM to prevent its oxidation of the reverse osmosis membrane.

The function of the fine filter is to prevent accidental particles such as activated carbon and resin from entering the reverse osmosis system and causing mechanical damage to the membrane.

The reverse osmosis system consists of a stainless steel high-pressure pump, a stainless steel membrane shell, a reverse osmosis composite membrane, an electronic control unit, a concentrated fresh water proportional valve, a flushing solenoid valve, a flowmeter, a pressure gauge, a frame, etc. The principle is to use the principle of reverse osmosis to reverse osmosis water molecules in the raw water under the impetus of a high-pressure pump. The reverse osmosis membrane traps organic salts, heavy metals, electrolytes, chemical pollutants, bacteria, viruses, heat sources, etc. in the water. The water phase is discharged with the concentrated water, and the pure water and oxygen molecules pass through the reverse osmosis membrane to form deionized water.
