The life of the nozzle is prolonged, because the entire cutting head cannot guarantee absolute concentricity in theory, so the nozzle is usually damaged on one side, so we rotate it and replace the worn position, which can extend the life of the nozzle.

2:If the waterjet intensifier pump fails, please observe the water meter first to rule out the low pressure water shortage, and then observe the beating range of the oil meter, the reversing frequency, and the fault light, etc., and consult the professionals about the relevant situation.This will allow you to avoid unnecessary work.

3:Every time when you disassemble the high pressure tubing, please check the assembly of the screw collar and the high pressure tubing. Please ensure that the high pressure tubing reveals 2-3 threads,this is correct.

4:When replacing the orifice and nozzle, do not use excessive force. This will cause damage to the orifice or breakage of the nozzle. Please use two wrenches to install them, otherwise it will cause the machine’s or robot's cutting head origin to be physically offset, which will cause heavy losses.

5:We must control the oil temperature below 30 degrees. A good oil temperature is between 24-28 degrees. Please ensure that your cooling system operates normally. A good oil temperature will greatly increase the service life of the seals of the entire equipment.
