The control interface of the intensifier pump: 

1 means that the intensifier pump has been energized, and the indicator light is always on after the power is turned on. It is recommended that customers and operators do not perform electrical operations when the power-on indicator is on to avoid electric shock. 

2 means failure and emergency stop. When the fault light is on, please check the fault prompt on the display screen, and troubleshoot and solve the problem according to the fault prompt.

3 is the button to manually turn on and off the oil pump. When working normally, turn on the oil pump after turning it on, and turn it off after the end of the day"s work. 

4 is an emergency stop (this emergency stop is just an emergency stop for operating the intensifier pump) 

5 is the switch button for remote robotic waterjet cutting and intensifier pump local control, R stands for remote, L stands for local. 

6 is the display screen. Note: After the display is loaded after power on under normal circumstances, the operation is generally operated in the display.

The display screen of the robotic waterjet cutting intensifier pump can observe the running status of the piston, the working status of the sensor, etc. It is a new technology that can dynamically observe the real-time working status inside the core of the intensifier pump, which can be said to be very direct learn and troubleshoot related failure points.
