Before we send the equipment to the customer, we will conduct a trial operation of the equipment and send the video to the customer. After the customer confirms it, we will package and ship the product after this inspection. Because after the equipment is installed, some screws or parts will become loose after running for a period of time, which is reasonable in terms of mechanics. In order to prevent this from happening to customers, we have added a content, that is, all goods need to run continuously for 48 hours before being shipped, and then be inspected. After the inspection, they will run for 24 hours and be shipped after everything is normal.

1. Operation panel

Check whether the "oil pump", "high pressure" and "emergency stop" buttons are normal and effective.

2. Low pressure water system

-Run the pump and check whether the pressure gauge on the pump can reach 0.6MPa.

-Check whether the cooling water circuit is normal.

-Check for leaks in the low-pressure water system.

3. Pressure detection,

During normal operation, the pressure fluctuates within 10MPa, and check whether there are leaks in the high-pressure water circuit.

4. Clean up impurities in the high-pressure pipeline

When you first turn on the machine, please open the water switch valve, and remove the orifice nozzle, start low pressure, run for three minutes, clean the impurities between the high pressure pipelines.

5. Install all the devices, adjust the air pressure to about 0.6MPa, three seconds after starting the motor, turn on the high pressure mode, and slowly turn the pressure regulating knob clockwise to increase the pressure, and adjust the water pressure to 300MPa, and the oil pressure gauge is about 15MPa.

Note: In the process of increasing pressure, after the high-pressure pipeline expands under pressure, pollutants and loose debris will be discharged. This procedure is likely to damage the waterjet on/off valve repair kit and waterjet nozzle many times. We need to eliminate the fragments in the system.

Adjust the pressure to 15Mpa. After the adjustment, the ultra-high pressure intensifier will continue to run for 1 to 2 hours. During operation, please check the operation of all systems again, such as whether there is abnormal sound, whether there is oil leakage or water leakage, etc.
